Yea, petrolicious is starting to do some AMAZING cars.... that is just.. just... *swoon* perfect. I can only imagine how much that car is worth though. and 20 hours a year on that motor.... jebus that is a lot.

A little of both. He always treats unusual statements, whether false or true, with that sort of response - mostly to make the person saying them nervous because it's unclear if he believes them. Typically, a true unusual statement gets that treatment to make the person providing it give more information.
